I’ve completed my reservation, what else is required before collecting my vehicle?

To ensure a fast counter collection experience, please bring the following mandatory documents when picking up your vehicle:

Mandatory Collection Checklist

• Valid Driver’s License: Original physical driver's license card held for at least 2 years. (International renters: Passport + English translation or International Driving Permit if license is not in English).
• Identity Document / Passport: SA Green Barcoded ID / Smart ID card or original Passport.
• Physical Credit Card: Visa or Mastercard in the main driver's name for deposit/rental pre-authorization.
• Booking Confirmation Number: Your reservation code sent via email.
